What are our fees?

We offer discounted monthly Xero subscription fees, which includes technical Xero support from our Xero experts.

Can I test Xero before signing up for the monthly subscription?

Yes, definitely. You can sign up for a 30-day Free trial period, to explore Xero with no obligations. During this time, you'll have access to all the features before deciding which Xero package to choose.

What if my books are behind or need clean-up?

No problem! We will help clean up your records and capture any backlog transactions in your business. We will discuss the situation and requirements with you, and establish a timeframe for the clean-up / backlog project.

What are the different Xero packages and how do I choose?

Xero have 3 packages to choose from: the Starter, the Standard and the Premium.

These packages are based on the size and needs of your business and has different features and prices.

Our Xero experts are here to guide you through the process of choosing the best package for business.

How long does user training on Xero take?

We offer 2 Xero user training packages; the full training on the system, that takes 4 hours, and the basics training which takes 2 hours. Both trainings will allow you to use the systems confidently.

The full training goes more into customizing and the full understanding of Xero, while the basic training is more specific to your role and requirements.
